Description

P31 Aperitivo Green: over 20 officinal and aromatic herbs carefully selected, to which fresh notes of Absinthe are linked. This aperitif can be enjoyed fresh on its own with just a bit of Seltz or mixed, as a basic ingredient, with bubbles of Prosecco in order to make up a new one, P31 Green Spritz.

Sweetness of Chamomile, Lime, Sweet Orange and Vanilla, spiciness of Cloves, Ginger and Cinnamon, freshness of Coriander, Marjoram and Absinthe, combined with the strong taste of Rhubarb, Tamarind and Gentian are mixed into a flavour explosion of the new P31 Aperitivo Green.
