3 cl P31 Aperitivo Green
4 cl Gamondi White Vermouth
3 cl Soda water
Dash of Absinthe
Fill a glass with ice and chill. Mix soda water and finger lime syrup in mixing glass.
Add Fabbri Aria&Velluto and use a milk frother to whip. Leave the top layer to rest for a few minutes. Drain water from the glass, pour all ingredients and stir gently.
Add the top layer and float a few pearls of finger lime or a dried lime washer.
