2,2 cl Gin Cittadelle
2,2 cl Parfait Amour
Egg Albumina
Frozen sphere of Pompia juice
Top prosecco
Top with cinnamon dusting

Preparation:

Insert ice and the frozen sphere of Pompia juice in the half Tin, cool, and put the ingredients in the tin, shake vigorously and filter into a glass.
Top with Prosecco Garnish with the sprinkle of cinnamon and serve.
